Individual coaching sessions last 60 minutes. Parent-child couple coaching sessions last 90 minutes and group coaching sessions last 90 minutes.

This entirely depends on your preference. I offer both face-to-face and online coaching sessions. The latter is also one to one and allows you to connect wherever you are in the world. I'm more than happy working with anybody who identifies as any gender. Whilst I will work with children it is only those above 16 that I offer coaching for.

Yes! The couples I coach are in a parent-child relationship.

The number of sessions required will depend upon your needs. A minimum set would be for 6 sessions but I would reserve the right to suggest extending that to 12 with the possible addition of a monthly refresher coaching session as required. For parent-child coaching due to the fact that this is couple coaching, I would recommend a minimum of 12 sessions. The coaching that I provide is customised and only after the complimentary zoom discovery call will it be clear to me how to proceed as each one of you is unique.

As the coaching offered is bespoke, we will focus on whatever you feel is important in your life at this critical moment. If you are considering coaching there has probably been some trigger or change in your life that has prompted you to seek my help. I would ask you to look at the last 25 clients that I've had to give you an idea of what different types of people I have coached and the testimonials section of the website.

As your coach, I will not be giving you any advice. The answers lie within you and it is my role through a series of questions and tools to help you find the answers to the big questions in your life. Through my EMBRACE programme I will help you to Evaluate, Motivate, Believe, Recognise, Action, Clarify, Empower.
